FERRARI 250 GTO'62 REVELL METAL COLOR RED. SECOND VERSION NICK MASON , lux version with more chrome parts.

SCALE 1/12 # 08851 GOOD CONDITION FOR HIS AGE. Information : the first GTO model by Revell in scale 1/12 came in 1993 on the market, first in the color red.

For the construction of the model, the GTO was taken forth by Nick Mason (#3757 GT), and therefore some of the following model series had been also marked on the underside. More color variations were in addition to red, yellow, green and finally blue. The following production numbers of the individual colour variants have been achieved according to information provided by Revell Germany.

250 GTO - red variant - 18800 copies (1st series). 250 GTO - red variant - 5000 copies (2nd series) lux version with more chrome parts. 250 GTO - green/yellow Variant (David Piper) - 2400 copies. 250 GTO - yellow variant - 2000 copies. 250 GTO - blue version - 2500 copies.

The Green, yellow and blue versions are the rarest so far. But nowadays the most Europeën models left Europe for America, Canada, Australia and Japan. ITS A MUST HAVE FOR ANY COLLECTOR.
