Vintage FREE MASONS MASONIC Metal Horseshoe Bookends with Insignia Attached

  

For sale is a great Indiana family estate find of a set of vintage very heavy metal horseshoe bookends with Free Mason Masonic metal insignias attached. As best I can tell, these are most likely stainless steel and painted black as there are a couple of spots on the framework where the silver color can be seen.

Both are red felt lined to prevent scratching furniture. A person from whom this estate came from was a Free Mason. These pieces measure 5" x 5" each with standard sized metal horseshoes standing 5 1/4 tall. The Masonic metal insignia measures 3" tall x 2 1/2" wide. Please see pictures for details and condition.
